    Are you talking about the torque converter-to-flex plate bolts? If so, you'll need a box end wrench to remove them and if my memory serves me correctly they are actually an SAE size - maybe 11/16" or so. I know I got frustrated trying to find the right size wrench to fit those. Bob

    The drain hose for the sunroof goes through the A-pillar and down through that panel you show in your pics and then through the floor. If it is slightly plugged the water will back up and pool in that panel or on the floor. Bob

    Tell the tech to sacrifice caster to get the camber within spec. Even with the stock A-arms they should be able to get the camber close depending on your exact height. And yes, JBA arms will definitely help out in many different ways. Bob

    I have the Powertrax No-Slip on my '03 and it popped right in - about a 45 minute install. Based on what tjkj2002 said above yours may be different than mine though I thought the Powertrax was supposed to fit all model year KJ's. If there's a way you can post pics of what your mechanic is...

    I have customers near Genessee and frequently drive from Emporium through Coudersport and then to Genessee. Driving at night I'm always super diligent thanks to all the elk - deer do enough damage but if I hit an elk at 55mph I think the KJ would look like a sardine can. :Insane: Be careful...

    On my '03 Renegade the cruise control buttons do not have lights in/on them. However, the window switches and door lock buttons all do. Center console window switches: And the lock switches: YMMV Bob

    No. Measure from the bottom of the fender flare to the center of the wheel. The flare has a radius to it so the measurement isn't exact - I try to measure from the center of the radius on all four flares. My measurements are at least consistent from project to project. Bob

    That rattle could be the CV on the transfer case end of the front drive shaft. Your description of the location is exactly where that CV joint is - right below the front left seat :waytogo: Bob
