This is what they managed to get:

Tech said, as long as toe is in spec & I rotate my wheels every 3k-5k miles I shouldn't worry.

Should I worry? :icon_wink:

I take it your still running the stock type UCA's?

If so yeah your never getting close with that much lift.Get JBA's UCA's and camber will be in spec.

You will wear your tires much faster and from the looks of it they really didn't even try and adjust it besides a few minor tweaks.

Since you're going to need more alignments anyhow and by the looks of it they didn't take their time I'd try somewhere else
I have stock UCAs at the same height as you and my alignment is within 1 degree of spec
I went to NTB and got their 6 months of alignments for like $65 (price of one usually) and I go whenever I feel like it
They do it as I stand their by the computer and watch
Typically, unless you have very reliable shop(s) in your area, if you don't go watch them do it then they'll just tweak little things here and there until it's "close to spec" and claim "since it's lifted there's nothing we can do" which is BS

Don't listen to someone that tells you to "just rotate your tires every x miles and you'll be fine" because they obviously don't value your business to give you their best alignment possible with stock UCAs- which will effect your tire wear and cost you even more money later

Obviously, all they did was a couple turns on your right tie rod end. I'd want my money back. You should be able to take a look at your lower control arm and see if any adjustment was done or of it's maxed out.

I did it at big O tires, as they were the only ones to offer me a full year warranty for the alignment. The difference in prices is staggering, I paid 100$ for their incompetence (and additional 120$ for mounting 5 tires/dumping 4).

Last time I checked I was sitting on 22.5 inch pretty level (need to remeasure with new tires on)
Is there any specific issue I can mention/explain to the tech there to get closer to spec? I can try another big O shop. Or unless I am getting the JCA UCAs there's no point?

Different tires wont change lift height, also you'll go down some after your alignments so don't expect to stay at 22.5" in the front
I went with getting an alignment right after doing my lift (without driving it until then), another after about 100mi and a final one at about 1k
Still no issues although I frequently get alignments considering I spent $1k on tires
Try somewhere else for sure

Check and mark the positions of your front and rear lower control arm cam bolts on both sides before you bring it in for an alignment. Those adjustments should all be pretty much maxed out before they tell you they can't get it within specs. It's pretty obvious they didn't properly adjust or even attempt to make adjust those adjustments. Any bone head tech can adjust toe(sorry, but there are a lot of them out there}. Caster and camber adjustments are much more difficult.

If you have a Firestone nearby they offer a lifetime alignment service.

Tell the tech to sacrifice caster to get the camber within spec. Even with the stock A-arms they should be able to get the camber close depending on your exact height.

And yes, JBA arms will definitely help out in many different ways.

After having highway vibrations and steering wheel pulling left hard I went and got another alignment. The tech seemed knowledgeable and spent lots of time on it and got rid of the vibrations (that was bad balance) and pulling. Results seem worse than before but steering behaves way better:

Is this the best I'm gonna get?

Your first specs looked closer to me, considering camber AND toe together... while total steer ahead toe is at 0.0 here, your camber specs are more off now.

Still stock UCAs? And how did your toe angles get so far off from the last alignment? That was not even a month.

Absolutely no idea. I think previous tech was really unprofessional and on a hurry to rush me out. Tire balance was bad too.
Still stock UCAs yep.

That is your main issue plus a bad alignment, granted you most likely will not get camber in spec with the stock UCA's even with a good alignment and the coils broken in.

I'd be scared to drive it with camber/caster specs you have,it would be all over the place above 25mph.

It actually drives fine now. It was worse before. Are you saying that once coils get broken in it'll be easier to get closer to spec?

I wasn't as high as you are wiht the clevis but if you get the JBA UCA you should be able to get camber right.

set camber -0.4 both sides . as much caster as possible, cross caster <0.5 deg toe normal.

It won't be a caddy but it will drive where you point it.
