    Charging issue

Yes, the alternator field is controlled by the ECU, you should only fit the correct alternator for the Jeep. If you have bought the correct one then try fitting it, it's unusual for the ECU to fail, normally the alternators or their clutch fail.

    Broken sway bar link bolt

How much have you lifted it?

    lifting back to stock height.

It would be much nicer to drive if you lifted it level instead of like a powerboat.

2004 Jeep Liberty Rear End Issue

Really strange, I think your right about setting up the camera to see what's happening, only other thing that comes to mind is faulty new bushes, But that's grasping at straws!

2004 Jeep Liberty Rear End Issue

Check the front lower ball joint and track rod ends, there isn't much else at the back to look at!

2004 Jeep Liberty Rear End Issue

That's strange, you have done the usual causes of rear end steering. Was there no improvement at all with replacement lower arms? Try swapping the wheels front to back.

    New to jeep.

Try unplugging the tailgate handle, there is a microswitch in there that unlatches the glass, it is known to fail and make the glass pop open randomly. If that doesn't work then you probably need to get another latch from a scrapper. Check the ABS sensor wiring, I'm guessing it's later than 04...

    235/70/16 Front + 265/75/16 Rear?

They aren't massively different in size & in 4x2 it shouldn't make any difference but I wouldn't use 4x4 until you have a matched set. If the Jeep feels underpowered then you may need to regear, if you're happy then save a fortune and don't bother... or put standard tyres back on, a much cheaper...

    New to jeep.

Traction control light is probably an ABS sensor or wiring fault, a good code reader will narrow it down.

    Broken sway bar link bolt

All that joy from one bolt LOL I'm a fanatical copperslip user, I only ever struggle once!

    Broken sway bar link bolt

With how close those lines are I'd rather weld a nut on than blast a blow lamp in there, the welder will only heat the broken stub up.

    oil leak

Get it nice and warm, then have a look and see where it's coming from, even if you can't see the exact location immediately it will give you an idea of where to look. A mirror on a stick is very handy for small spaces, shine a light on it and you can see round corners. Check the oil filter has...

Bulb keeps burning out and breaking, anyone know why?

Vibration is a killer, try an LED and make sure the holder isn't loose.

    Transmission oil cooler size

It depends how much comes out of the guts of the gearbox and cooling pipework. I think a total fill from dry is something like 11 lts.

    Belt tensioner >> stripped@@*.* << mounting bracket

As far as I know both of mine are original, I'll see if I can find a picture on my phone, I'm away at the moment. INA or Dayco are good quality, the others are Chinese.

    Broken sway bar link bolt

Just make a shield from crumpled tinfoil for the lines, they are several inches away so it's only sparks you need to worry about (** as long as you can't smell fuel around there! **) I'd have no issue with welding a nut on the broken stub.

    Sensor issues

I doubt multiple sensors are faulty, have you checked the plug and wiring?

ABS/Traction Control disables on low traction surfaces

To get the system checked it would be much cheaper to ask a garage with a decent scanner to do it than spend a lot of money on buying one to use once, a high end one should be able to code a replacement ABS unit too.

What did you do to your jeep today?

Don't boil it, bad things happen to the valve seats on the v6 if it gets hot!
