I replaced the head cover gasket probably about two years ago. Recently the oil leak has recurred, so I'm attaching a tin can to a position where oil is likely to drip and checking the amount of leaking oil. If the steering rack side seal has deteriorated, the rack rod may become loose. You can check this by shaking the extended side of the rod during full steering. If you replace the clevis bushing, it is a good idea to also replace the LCA mounting bushing. It will probably be easier to replace it...- ikuo78

Has it been running well since the crank breather was repaired? I think you can easily find out AFR by measuring it with an exhaust tester at a shop.
