jramey - There really isn't anywhere in, or around KC to wheel at. There are some places, but the legality of those places remains in question. I could give you the name of some people in the area that go to these places on a regular basis, if you feel like linking up with other Jeep owners...
I really like Coki Bay for Snorkeling when I visit. Also...Bolongo Bay? Where that little sea turtle hangs out? There's a resort there...
I want to go back down there so bad! Have to wait another year or so till I'm done with Basic and Tech School. I miss almost everything down there...
not to mention, the KK has the Sky Slider roof, which is really cool. I chose not to get one, just to save $1000, but I kinda wish I would have.
The interior feels much larger than the KJ and the exterior looks larger too. I like the more square body lines also.
I was amazed with the turning radius too. I like where the window buttons too. There are so many things I like on the KK over the KJ. I've got a 2010 Renegade.
It's good that you wash your Jeep frequently in the winter. I wash all my vehicles once a week in the winter to keep the salt off them so they dont rust. I have a 1993 Chevy S-10 that doesn't have a spot of rust on it anywhere.

Also, that picture was taken on a road going to this house (the middle of the three white roof's) On the south side of Magens Bay. It's one of the offshoots of Hull Bay Rd/ Route 37
I might have to make a challenge just for you...something along the lines of....in front of Magens Bay sign, or with a Cruise ship in the background, or next to something that says Red Hook, LOL.
