The dealer can flash the computer. Find out from the tire manufacturer what the rpm of your tire is and take it to the dealer. The older jeeps you could change a gear but in the newer ones it's electronics

I went with a JL micro sub 8". Hits like crazy and I can remove it if needed. Otherwise it takes up almost no space. Amp installed under back seat.

Was anything installed under the seats? I only ask because I hit a wire loom I didn't realize was there and had to pull the seat and splice the wiring after having the same fuse blowing.

The casting on the heads for the 2000 and 2001 were prone to cracking and leaking coolant. There's an off chance this could be your problem. Normally it would crack and leak inside between cylinders 3 and 4.

Here in Oregon we have an over abundance of trees and have never had issues in the past. I'd be more worried about a tree punching the hard top as happened on my '09 JK Rubi.
