This link tells you how to set up the air gap and again gives you a how to. If we had the money to take it to a stealership and have it done we would have. but if we can get it to work right on our own for under a $100 bucks and it functions properly for a few years we will be happy campers...

well we took the serpentine belt off to see if maybe it was the tensioner pulley well that turns nice and easy no problem but the AC compressor pulley spins but is rough and not as freely and making the noise it does when running with ac off or on so going to get a puller to pull it of and go...
Wondering what is actually wrong now? We spent some time on it yesterday had it running with fan on position 1 and AC on recirculate and the clutch is engaging and disengaging like it should, only thing is when it disengages sounds like the pulley is making noise almost like a bearing noise...
Turned the AC on about 2 weeks ago was fine then after awhile sounds like the ac compressor pulley is making noise? Turned the ac off and it was still making noise. Went out the next day and started the Jeep all was fine? Turned AC on yesterday and right away started making the noise again...
