Hello, just joined. Great place to get info here.

Have a leaky radiator tank drivers side. Is it a hard/long DIY project? Looked at some videos and I don't have all of the tools...torx and hex bits. Is it worth buyin these items to tackle this job?

Can I put in a stop leak product to stop the leak for a few days until I get this replaced?

Welcome. The radiator isn't a hard task and the tools would be worth it. Took me about at hour to replace it. I would avoid the stop leak since you really don't want that stuff in the whole system.

I would use JB weld and boat sealant on the outside of the rad before I used stop leak. In fact I did. It lasted about 10k miles before it sprung leaks elsewhere in that corner.

New " MOPAR " radiator and HOAT coolant
never use any of that stop leak crap or you'll have issues for a long time
