05 liberty renegade fog lights

I was looking behind the grill and I've got the plugs to connect to bumper mounted fog lights (whoever ordered this particular jeep from factory chose the renegade but without any of the renegade features) , only problem is, my turn signal stalk doesn't have the fog light switch on it. I was wondering if anybody knew if all i needed to do to get fog lights working would be to replace the turn signal and wiper stalk to one that has a switch on it or would I have to do more wiring to get them working

Proper multifunction switch, a relay or 2, and something about enabling in the bcm, if I remember correctly.
