'07 Liberty Storage

Looking for any advise on any sort of storage container or bag to go behind the rear seats. I need something to put my towing straps, Hitch, Hitch Ball, etc. Not sure why Jeep didn't build something into the floor, even if it was small.

Any suggestions?

i just use a backpack for all my recovery stuff, 2 30' straps, winch remote, about 1 dozen d-rings , gloves, and a lot more.

Rubbermaid tub in the cargo area - that's were all my recovery goodies and extra fluids for the kj go.

Guess I'll just have to find something that will work and not take up too much space. I like the backpack idea...

X2 Rubber maid big tub fits right there tight and nice and leaves you a place on the side to put more goodies like camping ones

I have a mil camo backpack hanging off the headrest posts and it hangs right behind the back of the drivers seat. It takes up a little of the room it the back but no one ever sits in back anyway. I don't keep anything too heavy in it and it works good for me for the lighter stuff. Then I have a large tool bag in the back with the other recovery stuff and a duffle with compressors and tools.

Where in WNY are you headed? I am near Saratoga.

An old cat litter bucket, has a snap on lid and friends, give it for free, it's taller than wide so doesn't take up a lot of room. Plus when it gets funky just toss it and ask friend for another.
