17 inch wheels for my KJ

People always say that when they KNOW they are hijacking a thread. :emotions34:

Its relevant, as these are 17" wheels. Better to post here than start another thread about a topic that I am sure has been discussed before.

These just popped up on craigslist and I think I can get them for a good price, but if not I plan on getting an OME lift first.

Good price is not always a good deal
I have been offered two sets of JK Rubicon wheels in the past two weeks for free!
Turned them down since I won't run adapters plus ugly:icon_lol:

Thanks. Think I'm going to stick to the plan of getting the lift situated first then start looking at wheels/tires.

With 32s, need 4 inches of lift and regear to 4.10s at least ( to start)

Cragar makes Unique wheels, which they have a soft 8 variant. You can get them in a 16x7 with a 0 offset, which is right where you'll wanna be. It's the Unique type 297 is the one you'll want. Cheaper too with the same quality.

EDIT - they come in the correct bolt pattern also!

Had a few local that had manuals and had the same thoughts but once one re-geared they all did after driving his.
