2005 jeep liberty limited diesel interchangeable front end parts? Will a dodge magnum 2006 or a 2003 Dodge ram 1500. Front end parts interchange

I have a 2005 jeep liberty limited diesel. Will a dodge magnum 2006 or a 2003 Dodge ram 1500. Front end parts tie rods ball joints hubs ect? Ball joints and tie rod broke on me doing 60mph kept it from rolling and a head on with a tree to landing between 2 trees. Do you know if these parts will Interchange?

I doubt it, the correct parts are still available though. Didn't you have wobbly handeing and knocking from the worn joints before they failed?
