2005 Jeep liberty sport - power steering issues

I had leak in my power steering high pressure hose. Took it in to get the hose replaced and when I got it back the jeeps steering wheel won’t budge when my foots not on the gas. Took it back to the shop and they changed out the pump. Still the same issue. Does anyone on here know what it could be?

You may want to try bleeding the air out.
Without starting the engine, lift both front wheels and turn the steering wheel from lock to lock about 10 times, then add the remaining oil.
