My new radiator came in yesterday. It has two fittings on the right (passenger side) tank. My original radiator doesn't have them. Should I return it and get the one without them or should I use this one and leave the plastic plugs in the unused fittings? Thanks Brian

Use and keep the plugs in there

Ones with the 42RLE have an aux one, but ones with the 45RFE had the inradiator cooler. You can hook up the inradiator cooler if you want. TwoBobsKJ did a how to on it.

42rle ****** has separate ****** cooler.
45rfe ****** has the in radiator cooler.

You can also use the in radiator cooler with your external cooler.

I also have the two transmission coolers as well. The transmission fluid goes through the in radiator cooler than the external cooler.
