2006 kj 2.8 crd max rpm

Hi,

what is the max rpm before rpm cut for 2006 kj 2.8 crd? in dunes sometimes i run in 3rd gear with 4x4 low, but need to get past 4000 rpm to mantain momentum. if it shifts 4th, it bogs down, because some dunes are very very steep and long before getting to the crest. I saw the rpm keeps going past 4k rpm. need to know the rpm cut rpm to calculate and not hit the rpm but mantain 3rd gear

But if it's a normal diesel you should be able to hold that rpm all day it will run down the highway wide open at that rpm so you shouldn't have issues in the dunes letting the governor do it's job.
