Hey all! Joined the forums a while ago, just getting around to posting now!

Come from a family of Jeepers. Bought my first back in April 2011, this 2006 Libby:

My question for all of you: Does anyone know what package this is with the painted fenders and alloys? My parents had an 05 Rocky Mountain, but that had the Renegade hood and was all black without the two-tone. I had thought maybe this was the Freedom or Columbia packages, but none of the pictures I've found of those match this.

I've seen this package a few times in colors ranging from black, to red, to white.

Was there even a name for this package?

Thanks!

That's different than anything that I've seen. We've got a Columbia Edition down the road from the house... and while it looks somewhat similar to yours, it's not exact.

Thanks for the responses all!

I contacted Jeep and requested a build sheet with my VIN. Hoping they send one. I did see someone else on these forums a year ago had an identical KJ. Can't find his pictures or his posts for the life of me.

It has a bunch of features from the Sport, Rocky Mountain, and the Limited (chrome accents here and there). I'm wondering if it's mostly just a dealer special.

It very well may be. The only thing that still makes me uncertain is that it doesn't have any badges for the 65th Anniversary or stitching on the seats (I've seen Libby's with those). The mystery continues!

Sometimes I think some of the special editions are the "extra spare body parts that we had left over" edition. lol3.gif

I may be wrong but I think painted flare was an option on the sport. Like you can have a chrome package on cow nowadays.
Could be that

I don't think so (could be wrong though) - I thought that the Sport was the only one where a painted flare WASN'T an option... you see them on Limiteds and Renegades.
