The beginning of all is probably the leaking windshield then the positive battery terminal coming loose. Soon after the rain storm passed. All heck broke loose. Factory battery terminal broke. After fixing terminal security light constant on and would not crank, not even click. With a nonfunctional key fob no other choice but to change out the pcm with a Flagship One, which came with a catch because skim unplugged and taken off. Engine now starts but now no low beams front turn signals and guages. All guage lights work and holding the trip reset button then turning ignition on all guages move accordingly. Not sure if battery terminal intermittent connection would cause the loss of guages and low beam or the security light still on could disable. Seems unlikely from high beams and rear lights working. Because I'm in bush Alaska a round trip on a coastal barge is $8k, out of the question. All relays switched with working ones and fuses ok. Switch works with turn signals high beams, interior lights and rear turn signals. My schematic reading is gradually getting better from my hours of YouTube. Grounds that I can find were ok and cleaned anyway.
The only codes I'm getting:
U1411- low fuel volume signal
C2116- ABS pump motor supply low voltage
C1015- wheel speed sensor (broken) will change hub soon.
C1026- ABS secondary circuit overboost pressure
City shop has a snapon I believe obd 3 not sure so I'm going to see if I can use it for further information.
