2009 Jeep liberty airbags

Hello
Recently purchased 2009 jeep liberty sport that was involved in a wreck
drivers airbag and both roof mount airbags deployed. I have purchased
airbags and waiting for new sensors. I'm trying to figure out which fuses
disarm air bag system. Cant find much info on net on this.

You can not disarm the airbags by pulling fuses, the only way to disarm them is to disconnect the battery.

Ok thanks ! I was afraid of that. Little nervous hooking batt back up after replacing
bags and sensors.

If I were you I would put the new stuff in the liberty and then have it towed to a dealer to have the computer reset. Or another option would be to have the dealer install the parts.

I have a scanner that I can clear codes. Wonder should I clear before I hook bags up?
I'm just not familiar with air bag systems! Cant find anything on the net. I've read
you don't have to take to dealer for reset but I'm concerned that I cant find more info.
