Access to the few select New Jersey beaches opens on Sept. 15th....(and ends on May 15th, 2011)....

I have an access permit for Corson's Inlet State park at the southern end of Ocean City, and since opening day I've been out on the beach 3 times now....

Here's a collection of photos I took while out there fishing.....

Nice beach pics Surf. You are lucky living close to a beach.

That is great you can roam again. Nice Photos! Like the sunset & cirrus clouds!
All of our local sandy beaches are closed to drivers.-*****!
Ryan is there any photo ops for us along **** Or Steveston where we could drive on out there?

Real nice pics... (You got nice gear---where is the fish?) had friends and family in Tom's River and Red Bank... Been to all those areas many times, though not with the KJ. Been a while.

Unfortunately not on any beaches Tim!
However there are several areas along the other "River Road" in South Richmond which have some very beautiful photo ops.

Awesome shots Surf!

Do they offer daily permits?
I'd love to get out there on the beach.

No daily permits around here....

Ocean City is annual from Sept. 15th to May 15th, cost is $125.00 and there's a very long waiting list since they are limited to 250.
Corson's Inlet State Park is $50.00 annually from Jan 1st to Dec. 31st, but like the rest of Ocean City, the beach is closed to vehicle traffic from May 15th to Sept. 15th.
Brigantine Beach has year round beach driving, not sure of the cost, but I believe it's either $175.00 or maybe even $200.00 annually......
