4x4 lock same as diff lockers?

This may be a stupid question but is 4x4 lock on a 2011 liberty jet the same as having diff lockers? Also I'm new my names Keith and I've owned the liberty jet since may. Thanks for looking! Any advice would help thanks!

The 4x4 lock, sometimes called part time 4x4 compared to full time 4x4 which is more like all wheel drive, actually distributes the same power to the front and rear axles, a diff lock will keep both tires on an axle turning on slick surfaces or with one wheel off the ground

AWD mode is safe to use on dry roads without having to worry about bind on the transfer case

Thanks you! I appreciate the reply! I definitely don't plan on taking the 20 in rim offroad was just curious of what the "lock" meant in its name. Couldn't find a clear answer elsewhere so I came here! Thanks!
