5 year vs 10 year Mopar coolant??

Can you mix the 2? My 2012 KK has 5 year (68048953AC) in it now, I may be able to get some 10 year for free...

You'll have to dig deeper as to the chemical compostion of the two coolants rather then simply their "lifespans".

That said, you CANNOT mix HOAT (hybrid organic acid) with either IAT (inorganic acid) or OAT (organic acid) withiut doing a complete and thoorogh drain and flush of the coolant system and block.

The more i am reading, it seems that 5 year is HOAT, and in 2012 they started using 10 year, which is OAT, which i just confirmed by reading the bottle. I will take it anyways, because we also have a 2018 JL.....
