Ac low pressure switch

ac went out about a year ago. Switched compressor prematurely and it ended up not being the problem as it still did not spin. Did some trouble shooting and found when jumping pins at low pressure connector, the compressor spun continuously as it should. When Hooked back to LP sensor it does nothing no spin. Installed new LP sensor today and now it spins intermittently, thought maybe low Freon so I been adding and adding and still intermittent and blows warm/fresh. However when I jump the pins again at the connector it spins continuously and the air blows cold. Any help is appreciated
