AC switch help. And question about dimmer switch

I have an 03’ Liberty Sport and I’m trying to restore it and I’m looking to replace the HVAC control switch and the only one I can find is from the 2006-7 years and it’s slightly different from mine and I just wanna know if they’re cross compatible without shelling the 300$ out that Autozone wants for it, Also my instrument dimmer switch isn’t working but everything else on the switch except for my rear wiper works, any ideas??

Try deadjeep.com . They have used ones of your type for $50. Dimmer switch issues may require replacing the multifunction board.
