Air hoses - what are they or part numbers

Molded air hoses on 2002 Jeep Liberty have split. Both on passenger side, one goes from air intake on top of engine to somewhere while the other comes off the oil filler bowl. Sorry, I've only taken a breif look at them as mechanic pointed them out after doing some other work.

Ideas?

Problem is more of I'm not sure what part number or part naming in order to search correctly to find the part. I had a service manual at one time, hoping it is in there somewhere, when I find it.

I think this is the PCV breather tube: W0133-1840027

Pretty sure this is it but not positive

I've been looking for those online for quite awhile. I just googled those right and left numbers and they are exactly what I need. Thanks!
