I just added a clevis lift 2 conduits each side. Now I’m pondering if i should get an alignment done. The car feels fine and doesn’t pull or anything and steering wheel is straight. Anyone has experience with this, is alignment typically needed after clevis lift?

The correct answer is yes. Another way to look at it is if your jeep had it's last alignment before the springs sagged you probably just improved the alignment by doing a clevis lift. I drove mine for a long time under that premise. I wanted new tires anyway, but didn't really see any unusual wear. Your results may vary.
