Since you're going to need more alignments anyhow and by the looks of it they didn't take their time I'd try somewhere else
I have stock UCAs at the same height as you and my alignment is within 1 degree of spec
I went to NTB and got their 6 months of alignments for like $65 (price of one usually) and I go whenever I feel like it
They do it as I stand their by the computer and watch
Typically, unless you have very reliable shop(s) in your area, if you don't go watch them do it then they'll just tweak little things here and there until it's "close to spec" and claim "since it's lifted there's nothing we can do" which is BS
Don't listen to someone that tells you to "just rotate your tires every x miles and you'll be fine" because they obviously don't value your business to give you their best alignment possible with stock UCAs- which will effect your tire wear and cost you even more money later
