Curious - did they question why you brought it back? I'd think the tech would've been embarrassed that he let it out the door with the previous adjustments - and then saw it come back in today. :emotions34:

In any case, glad it's in good shape again!!

Not sure...Ross took it and he said they didn't really question it, it was the only vehicle there.
Way better. Did they warranty the work for you?
Yep, no probs.

It's a Tires Plus, for those curious...they've done a few things for me like switching tires out and one time I took the LR3 in for an alignment and they said it didn't need one, so I trust them.

Glad to see they stood behind their work. If there's one thing I absolutely hate, it's playing the blame game... Be it with the vehicle or with the techs. Hopefully she's driving much better for ya know! :happy107:

I went through 3 or 4 shops and can't even remember how many alignments before I finally found a good alignment shop that got it right . When I drove off after they were finished, I had to turn around and go back so I could shake the guys hand. After all the money I spent between the lift and replacing everything suspension and steering, my rig finally drives like a grocery getter and not a beat up cj5. I still cringe when I hear "caster" & "Liberty" in the same sentence.

Don't let it scare you! Updated equipment and a modern shop certainly help, but also a guy who actually knows what he's doing... Been specializing in suspension and steering since I was 16, if there's a will, there's a way.. Aside from that all my Lib is at the end of the day is a baby hauler  Good thing you found a shop that can take care of you!

We put the lift on my dad's 1999 F-150 with only 24 miles on it, and he's been taking it there ever since they first aligned it in 99. Nice little mom and pop place with good techs, up to date equipment, and the owner goes out to check every alignment before they call it done. I should've tried them to start with, but live and learn right. The downside is you usually have to schedule a day or 2 in advance because they are so busy. Not really a big deal, needing an alignment isn't really something that just pops up last minute anyways.

See, that's what I wish I could do, but I work for Belle Tire up here in MI.. Kinda ***** working for the chain some days, but other days it's a saving grace. Gotta love those little places that are still going strong.
