Call me silly or stupid, but the pics in your first post, for some odd reason, I thought they were 2 pics of the same Jeep. Here's the breakdown:

Both your Jeeps are "lowered". Means they're about an inch lower than the original Liberty that left the factory in 2001, but they BOTH have the 45RFE transmission. (The "better" one... kinda depends on who you talk to...)

Thanks for the info, that's good to hear. I also noticed that my Jeep emblem on the hood and back gate are peeling. Looks like it's off to ebay. I'm shopping around for some goodies as we speak. Not sure what I'm going to do about the wheels and tires yet. I may just slap on some chrome wheel covers for the short term. I'm also looking at different dash kits and other bits. I just happen to work for www.autoanything.com so I get some nice breaks on the pretty stuff.

Get the new '05+ badges if you want to replace them. The '02-'04 badges are just gonna peel in time again.
