I have a 20 or 30lb (I think it's a 20lb) ALUMINUM tank onboard air setup I made, the bottom and top 1/4 of the tank is bedlined, as well as the "bell" of the psi setup. Comes with a 20ft yellow house (self coiling) as well as the air up trigger thing and another attachment. I've ran some air tools and filled up lots. Its almost empty, I ran it down quite a bit in case I had to ship it. 150 plus shipping.

First, an empty cylinder is not Hazmat. If it did have co2 still inside, it would HAVE to be labeled 'Compressed Gas'.

Second, I hope you are only joking about shipping it without proper labels if it was Hazmat. Nuff said???

Got any pics of what you're trying to sell?
