Transmission stalls engine?

Hi all!

I'm fellow Jeep owner from Finland and Jeeps are quite rare here so your help and knowledge is more than welcome! My car is diesel (2.8 CRD) with 545RFE transmission.

Problem is related to temperature. When the car is cold and you stop ( transmission in drive), car stalls. Here is video of the problem:

Also when the car is parked for a long time (more than few hours), sometimes the car won't move when releasing brake. You need to give some throttle to make the car move.

I've checked the transmission oil, it is clean and there is enough fluid. Oil was changed about 30 000 miles ago. All recalls are done including torque converter(12 000 miles ago).

I'm taking the car to a Jeep repair shop, but I'm afraid they have hard time finding the problem...

Issue is certainly valve body or torque converter related.

You 100% SURE you have enough transmission fluid? That happened to mine after a recall... the solution was more transmission fluid.
