Just looking at my noisy auxiliary belt tensioner, a replacement tensioner assembly is £80+ however there is nothing wrong with the body, just the bearings in the pulley, checking against the old idlers I took off its the same unit so a much cheaper just to replace the pulley. I have split them and replaced the bearings but they are so cheap it's not really worth the effort, lots of cars use the same size pulley to so easy to find. This is what I've just ordered, £10 delivered.

Easier to replace if you take the power steering pump pulley off, then the single tensioner mounting bolt out then you can get to it with an impact driver to spin the pulley bolt out, conventional right hand thread.

That looks about right and much cheaper than the whole tensioner. Mine had a bad bearing on the grooved wheel, and a bad PS pump. After replacing those, it sounds like a whole different jeep. Before, I would have sworn the engine sounded like a harvesting machine for a farm.
