You mean those vent shades to keep water out when your windows are just cracked? I have had good luck with a few diff ones from advanced. Try to find one that slips under rubber around the window instead of using an adhesive strip.

These use 3m body tape but as long as you clean the surface real good with alcohol it shouldnt go flying off.

I've had the full length ones from Vent Shades since early 2005, they've never came off and still on tight

$60 is actually a decent price. I just bought 2 sets of AVS in-channels. One set for my Fathers 07 Liberty and another my wifes 07 Compass. about $50-55 for each set on amazon. In-store the prices range between $75 to $100 depending on where you go.

I bought Vent shades in 2001 when i bought my 2002.
had to retape right front pass side once, kj lived in Hawaii, parked all day in the sun.
2 years ago, rt side loosened up again, hey, its the middle of summer in south Texas and no garage so it could wait. A piece finally broke off. This past January i took some pics of the broken piece, looked up Ventshades email addy, and sent them an email saying the shades had been on the jeep for 11 years and a piece did finally break off and the others were loose because i let the tape dry out.
Got an email back, the lady asked for pics, i sent one of each one incl the broken one.
They actually replaced all 4! Now that is customer service!
now if i coukf just get thr 12 year old dried up tape off, i could install the new vents!
y'all take care

sorry, my phone has an issue with spelling
