The best At/Mud terrain tires are found under rental cars!
Just like with my green Mini, I'll have an extra set of wheels/tires for the KJ.
Something AT to get me to the mud, then a quick change over and bolt on 5 mud tires and store the other set on the roof.
That is how I have done it for many years with my Mini (yes, Mini).
Mud tires are crap on paved surfaces. PERIOD
I speak from my own 25 years experiance off roading.
