I’m in the process of having my 2011 kk lifted with ome coil springs and bilstein shocks. The back 660 shocks I’ve read in a few places need hardware that’s not included. I found this list on here, is all of this needed or just the metal sleeves? I read on a post that the sleeves are required but didn’t see anything about the orings or other stuff listed on this paper.

o rings are just there to keep some moisture out, Ive installed them both ways with no ill effects
What about the stainless steel sleeve? I’ve seen you get a bit fired up about said sleeve on this forum but I’ve gone to numerous hardware stores and called several specialty fastener shops in my area and have yet had luck finding them. One shop said they’d get back to me with a lead time. I have zero mechanical knowledge so apologies for my ignorance on the subject. The tech said he’d use the old one but I found a thread that said the old one was too skinny. Finding an od of .625 was easy the id of .470 was the tough one. Several replies that they could get close but I read where you said it needed to be snug so I sssume close isn’t gonna cut it. Off to a second ace hardware to see what they say.

Bring the bolt up to the hardware store and find a piece that fits snug. It may not be exactly .470. That's what I did then I cut it to the length I needed. You should be able to find something close that fits snug.

Yes you are not going to find something to those exact dimensions. The ones I used were a little under half inch maybe .485 or so piece of pipe and I cut it down myself. I don't think the length I used was 1.825

It was shorter and I used a couple washers
