Like many of you I have the Infinity speaker system in my 2002 Liberty and my left front speaker was blown. Rather than switching to aftermarket speakers or paying $175.00 for a new factory unit I thought I would try to repair it. When I took the speaker out I found the only thing wrong was a torn foam ring. I found this company online http://www.speakerrepair.com/ and sent away for a refoam kit. I was suprised how easy it was to fix the old speaker. It only took about 24 hours, counting the glue drying time, to make the repair. I just reinstalled the speaker and it works great. For a little under $40.00 it was the best option I could find. Hopefully this will help some other people out who are in the same boat as I was.
