I’m not familiar with this bolt marking:

I assume is a 10.9 grade bolt, but I figured I’d check here first. Going to get new bolts for the upper arm.

10.9 generally are stamped as such.
Are we talking about bolts for the rear upper control arm (tri-link)
or the Front Upper control arms?
If it's the rear, does this help?

Yeah, it’s the rear. It’s a discontinued mopar part, so I just want to make sure I can find a comparable bolt, and wasn’t sure what the rating was. I got the size, just need the grade to be able to find almost comparable bolts. Closest size I can find is m12x1.75x120mm

Have you tried calling a specialty fastener shop?
Based on dimensions of the bolt, they should be able to provide you the grade.
Often they can recommend or provide a stronger equivalent as well.

I have not. I can try calling one tomorrow after work to see what they say. Looks like Copper State Bolt and Nut is on my way home from work. That is perfect.

Do you have any pick and pull junkyards near where you live? I've been able to get lots of hardware in good condition from those places, for very cheap. Especially since you're in AZ, where rust isn't as much of an issue.

I have not picked up bolts yet. Got referred to Ace Hardware here, and they only have up to 80mm bolts, apparently Copper State doesn’t sell single bolts, only in bulk of 25 or more, and Grainger closes before I leave work. I also missed a local bolt shop here by 15 minutes after work today, so looks like I’m waiting until tomorrow to get bolts.
