Camber bolts

What is the semi circular shaped component that holds the LCA camber bolts in place called? Does it come off? How do I remove it?

No...the piece below it...it kind of wraps the piece attatched to the bolt....

I have the nut end off....should I just be able to drive the bolt out from the nut end? BTW...I'll take that cupholder from you for 15! Do you have PayPal?

I had to cut bolts on mine. If you can get it out you are most fortunate. If you have to cut get the best sawzall and blades you can find,they are beyond hard.
