This might be a really stupid question but I'm contemplating putting my CB magnetic mount on my Backbone next to the winch. Will the magnet from the mount interfere with the magnets in the winch motor or degrade them?

No. They will not hamper the magnets.

But the magnet from the winch will really mess with your SWR. I wouldn't put it there
