Tired of my daystar suspension spacers killing my springs, so im wondering if i combine a OME2927 hd 11/2 lift spring (i have a winch) with a rusty's 2 inch spacer would that work for a 3.5 inch front end lift ? I would like to keep the puck in the rear with maybe new springs, seeing as the puck isn't killing it. Thanks guys just looking for a cheap way to make my first ride cool, and not handle like a ****.

So you want to kill another set of springs???:icon_lol:
OME 927s give you 2.5 inches of lift ( only advertised at 1.5 due to insurance reasons in Australia ) so combining a crap Rustys spacer lift will put you over 5 inches and lots of problems
IF you want 3.5 inches in front then you can do it with OME 927s, 3/8 inch clevis and 1/4 inch top plate
BUT at that height you'll also need jeepinbyal upper control arms.
Stay at or below 3 inches and stock arms will work. Although I'm sure the Daystar has your UCA pretty worn out anyways

Good ride and handling and not riding like a " ****" do not go along with what some call cheap.
Also do you have a aftermarket bumper along with the winch??

I thought that the springs are supposed to add 1½ inches of lift ? I must have been mistaken any idea how I could build a 3 inch lift to support my winch bumper ? I have around 125 pounds of winch/bumper

Here's my bush bar, I always call it a bumper, even though I know its not. According to jba the 927 will keep 1.5 lift with 150lbs extra.

Ever since the dawn of time ,.....:icon_lol:well ever since they started making OME springs for the KJ they( 927s) have given you 2.5 inches of lift without any extras.
If you take the time to read you'll see that from what everyone has posted . Close to 30 sets of 927s have been installed in my garage so sort of know what they give you plus the 1000s of others who have done them on here and LOSTJEEPs . So while JBA may say 1.5 again that is the advertised height in Australia .
Now onto what it will take to keep your winch up. I ran a ARB on the front of mine with 927s for 100,000 miles, kept it up pretty good , that was my first setup.
So if you are wanting 3 inches , use the 927s, plus a 1/4 inch top plate also available from JBA. That will put you in the 3 inch range
If it starts to settle some later you can always do a small ( 1/8 to 14 inch ) clevis

Really appreciate it, i cant wait to get my lift installed concerting I'm probably sitting around stock, after this lift is installed would you recommend putting in JBA UCA's with some clevis's to make a 3.5 inch lift down the road ?

After you install and they get broke in good you'll notice a huge difference in the ride and handling
If you want 3.5 inches then sure later install the UCAs and do 3/8 of an inch of clevis ( total amount ) and you'll be there
