I see some Liberty's with clear Parking Lenses...Where are you getting them? I can't find any link. I know the 2008 went to a clear lens but I've seen pre 2007 with clear parking lenses kopkrab.gif

Are you talking about the ones on the front bumper? I have an '03 with those clear lenses - got them on eBay. I hear a lot that nobody can find them for '05+, though.

02-04 have aftermarket clear turns' on the market. But for those of us who have 05-07, they have yet to come out with. I just used NightShade on them.

From your profile pic, it looks like you have an 05+ though. Like Willy said, they don't have them for an 05-07.

Mine just arrived this AM. :D I got them off of e-bay. They even come with the amber bulbs. They took about 2 weeks to make it across the boarder from California.

If you do have an 02, 03 or 04, give these a try:

Can't wait to install them.

Nobody has made clear lenses for an '05-'07.

You won't find them anywhere. Well not right now.

Dunno if anyone would have any interest in an '05-'07. The other issue is this.... the '05-'07 may be too difficult to produce at a profit? Several factors determine whether the aftermarket picks up on stuff like this.

Plus on the 05-07 there are also the side marker lights on the bottom sides of the bumper...

Doing this is legal as long as you use amber bulbs correct?

I'm almot 97% sure that in VT they do have to be Amber bulbs. It's not nearly as amber as it looks with the amber lenses and white bulbs though. The clear lens/amber bulb combo get rid of a lot of the intensity of the amber and I love it. It looks really nice and still looks clean.

I went with stealth bulbs for my main bulbs and then regular amber bulbs for the smaller outside ones. The sizes are in my "how to", but I think they were 3157 for the innner, main bulbs and 914 for the outer, smaller bulbs.

I am currently working on a project to fabricate clear lenses for the 05-07 front turn signal lenses. I'm using Silicone RTV rubber to make a mold of the factory amber lens and then I'm using that mold and clear casting resin to cast a clear lens that will be identical in shape to the amber lens. I will try to keep everyone posted on the status of the project. Contact me if you have any questions or want to see the pictures.
