Clunk From Rear End

Mine does this, has for the past 50,000 miles actually.. I notice it more upon braking actually.. as I come down from 10-5mph to a stop, it'll clunk like the rear axle is rolling forward then back, sometimes only heard when I release my foot from the brake pedal, which presumably allows the driveline to return to standard position.

I suspect the rear y-link.. but have not inspected it yet.
