I recently ordered a set of RLF super skinks and I am trying to think of how to coat them when i get them here. i was going to powdercoat them but the oven i have access too isn't big enough to fit them. my only option seems to be paint, im thinking soda or glass media blast them if they need it, wipe them down with por prep n ready and then 2 or 3 coats of chasis blackcote, once that cures i want to do a good top coat as well and im torn between using a bunch of rustoleum wheel paint (painted my rear diff cover over a year ago and it still looks great) or some roll on bedliner (i will be using the round tube as a step rail so grip is important). im just looking for ideas from people who have sliders, what have you guys done for a coating?

Paint them
Powder coating is the worst thing to do, one scratch and you're done since rust will get under there
Bedliner second worst since its harder to touch up
Paint is the best , easy touch up, etc

Late to the party here but to add in - I used Rustoleum hammered black and it looks good but it will scratch off on the trail when you nerf off rocks. But that's what it's there for!
