Auto part stores around here have only stock fuseable link pos batt cables. I just called 6 places.

Batt voltage was 11.6. Charging batt right now. Neg terminal an end look cruddy.

Update;

Trickle charged batt overnight,13.8v. Cleaned an scratched all neg cables, ends and smaller wires also attached to same ground post. Ran a new neg cable along with old neg cable. Ran jeep for 10 min an went down to 11.7v. Guess I need an alt.

did you charge your batt at the auto part store?
If you battery is old, it may not even hold the charge.
