Dash lights not working, fuses checked.

Hi all, my daughter has a 2006 Jeep Liberty limited. I'm having a bugger of a time chasing this gremlin down. Her instrument cluster, A/C heater area, and P,D,R,4,3,1 lights on the floor are not working. I've used a voltage tester on all the fuses in the fuse box, and all are good. For all of them to go out at once tells me blown fuse. Any ideas on other troubleshooting?

By that you mean test for hot wires correct? I'd do that, but I'll have to find a wiring diagram
