Not at all! This is for a rear wheel drive 4x4.
Spare goes to right rear.
Right rear goes to right front.
Right front goes to left back.
Left back goes to left front.
Left front goes to spare.
The benefits to doing a fire tire rotation are to get rid of the stock spare, as well as should you ever have a flat, the spare won't be brand new, which as I have heard, putting on a new tire with old tires on a 4x4 could cause drive-line binding.
I'll do this every 6k.
