Hi everyone!
First time poster, long time reader.
I have a question for my fellow Liberty owners, hope it won't come off too silly.
I have a 2007 Jeep Liberty Sport 4x4 (fully stock, no modifications), and I have recently had the driver side window regulator replaced (for the 3rd time) on the driver side door. After the auto repair place finished the job, I realize they didn't not fully attached the door panel to the door. So, I simply pushed around the panels until I hear a click that tells me the plastic clips/fastners are now pushed in. However, perhaps a moment of eagerness, I pushed too hard, and one of the clip/fastner was not lined-up and got broken in half.
So, my question is this. It is necessary for me to replace that one clip/fastner, or are the other 9 enough to secure the panel in place. If I HAVE TO replace the clip, it is hard to take the panel apart without going to my local repair shop and pay them to do it?
Any advise will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
