guy on ebay makes regulator pieces out of steal or some sort of metal that wont break. same price as new regulator $89.95. He makes them for all windows I believe. my driver side window is held up by zip ties and "jerry rigged" items. but don't really ever use that window so haven't felt it necessary to fix.
