Dumb question of the day!

ok, in conjuring the master plan to put a TJ bumper on my KJ I've come up with a question. ...or two
with the bumper cover off, can an 05 grill fit an 04?
I'm guessing not. in fact I think I've already determined this to not be possible. Anyway...
Are the fenders the same between the two? not the flares but the metal part of the fenders.

fenders, grill, and grill supports are different. as i u nderstand it.

But yes grill and radiator support are somewhat different, plus some other things so no it will not work
