I thought I read somewhere that the 08 Libberty got very good crash test ratings.
.

Yea, I know I did too but can't remember where....I got CRS this morning......(Can't Remember Shiatt)

Anyway, enjoy your new KK and put up a pic. Also after you start to get used to it, you could do a comparison from your perspective.

I WANT!! I WANT!!

It didnt get bad test crash ratings. You must of seen that little tid bit on the news one morning(I did and its crap)

KK is built on the same frame as the KJ so its pretty much the same when it comes to crash test ratings. And dont tell me its not the same frame since Ive already crawled all over one and its exactly the same under those different body panels.

If anything its better offroad then a KJ with all that traction control, hill decent control and all that crap. Slap a lift on it and be happy.
Whoa! You're beginning to sound like me.....

Well i guess i will tell you this then. It is NOT built on the same frame as a kj, its built off a nitro chasis, thats been known before the car was even sold to public. and a nitro platform is not the same as a kj either.

...

No.

KK was engineered first.

KA (Nitro) RELEASED first.

All 3 are built off of the "K" platform, but they have different architectures as can be seen clearly by the second letter....

While none of them are the exact same, they do share parts/characteristics.

BTW: There's a reason why lifts for the KA/KK came out so quick... ;) See above for why.
