e rated tires - pressure

I got some decent goodyear a/t tires a couple of years ago. Apparently they are an e rating (10 ply I think). I had nitrogen put in them and they filled the tires to what the door sticker says (32??). From what I understand the door sticker is for the stock P tires, right? These new ones are LT e rated. What should I use for tire pressure for these? I will add air to the tires. I now know nitrogen was a total waste.

Thanks. 40 is working great for me. It rides a bit firmer now. I also now can start moving forward when taking my foot off of the brake. Before I couldn't do that. I would always have to touch the gas to start it moving.
